They are simple:
You are adults, act like it.
You are women, not sailors, sound like it.
You don't want anyone judging you, don't judge people.
If you can't add something constructive, just don't add.
Think before you speak.
Remember I spend my day with a bunch of high school kids, I won't spend my evenings and weekends with them too.
